MAG Statement on CAA Airport Accessibility Report
MAG Deputy CEO, Ken O’Toole said: “We are delighted that all three of our airports have received the highest rating from the CAA today for their assisted travel services
“This high level of service reflects the investment we have made in our people and our infrastructure to ensure that our airports provide a positive and efficient service for passengers who require assistance.
“We are particularly pleased to see the improvement in service levels at both Manchester and London Stansted over the last 12 months, bringing them up to the same very high standard as East Midlands Airport.
“MAG is committed to ensuring that every passenger that travels through one of our airports can do so confidently and with ease, and we will continue to work closely with our onsite service providers to further enhance the experience for everyone that travels with us.”
